Why research materials stay sold

NordPeps supplies compounds for laboratory and in-vitro research only. Once a parcel has left us, we can no longer vouch for how it was stored or handled. For that reason we do not take items back after dispatch because you changed your mind.

Wrong or missing items

If a product in your parcel is not the one you ordered, or something is missing, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. Include your order number. We will put it right.

Before your parcel leaves

Noticed a mistake in your address or locker? Tell us before dispatch and we will correct it. Changed your mind before paying? Simply close the payment page. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment.
