1. About these terms
These terms apply whenever you browse nordpeps.com (“the site”) or buy from it. “You” means the person or organisation using the site. When you request an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from it.
2. Who runs the shop
The site and shop are run by NordPeps (“NordPeps”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@nordpeps.com, on the contact page or on Telegram.
3. Who may buy
We sell to private individuals and businesses, including laboratories and research institutions, who buy for laboratory or in-vitro research and know how to handle research chemicals safely. Private buyers must be 21 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that the products are for research. We may ask for details that support this. If we are not satisfied, we may decline or cancel the order.
4. Research use only
Every product is sold as a research chemical for laboratory and in-vitro work. None of them is a medicine, food, supplement, cosmetic or medical device. They are not for use in humans or animals, and not for diagnosis or treatment of any kind. No medicines regulator in the EU or elsewhere has assessed them. You alone are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of them safely and legally.
5. Information on the site
Our guides, comparisons, calculator and answers are background reading for research. They are not medical, veterinary or legal advice. Where we describe a study, we report what its authors published; it is not a claim about our products. Please do not base health decisions on anything you read here.
6. Orders, prices and payment
You place an order in the basket and pay the full amount by card on a secure payment page. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment there. The sale is complete once your payment goes through.
Prices are in euros. The total shown in the basket is the amount you pay. If a price on the site is plainly wrong because of an error, we will tell you before you pay and you may cancel. Card payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms. We never see your card number. More detail is in our payment policy.
7. Delivery
Orders leave from within the EU, normally 24–48 hours after payment. Most orders arrive 3–4 business days after payment. You choose a parcel locker (€14.50) or delivery to an address (€19.50). Delivery is free when the products come to €200 or more, and on any order that contains a kit. Every parcel is tracked, and we email you the tracking code.
Transit times are estimates, not promises. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you when it reaches the locker or address you gave us. You are responsible for checking that the products may be brought into your country, and for any local duties or taxes.
8. Returns and order problems
Research materials cannot be sent back once they have left us, and opened or used items are never accepted. If an item is wrong or missing, tell us within 30 days of dispatch and we will put it right. The returns page explains how. Rights you hold under mandatory consumer law are not affected.
9. Your legal responsibilities
It is up to you to make sure that buying, keeping and using these products is legal where you are, and to hold any licence this requires. You may not resell our products unless we have agreed a reseller or wholesale arrangement with you in writing. Never use them unlawfully, or in a way that puts people, animals or the environment at risk.
10. Using the site fairly
Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the site. Do not collect its content with automated tools unless we have said yes. Do not send false details or unlawful content through its forms.
11. Our content
The text, design, graphics and documents on this site belong to NordPeps or to those who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read them and link to them. Copying or republishing them needs our written permission. Names of other companies' products, such as Ozempic® (a Novo Nordisk trademark), belong to their owners. We mention them for reference only and have no connection with those companies.
12. What we stand behind
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Certificates from an independent third-party laboratory are published per batch on /certificates as they become available. Apart from the specification on a product's certificate, and as far as the law allows, we give no further warranties, including any about fitness for a particular purpose. The site is offered as it is and may at times be unavailable.
13. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nor are we liable for losses caused by misuse of a product or by use that breaks these terms. For any claim about an order, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.
14. Claims caused by you
If someone brings a claim against NordPeps because you broke these terms, misused a product or broke the law, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs this causes us.
15. Applicable law and courts
These terms follow the law of the country where NordPeps is registered, and that country's courts decide any dispute. If you buy as a consumer living in the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
16. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms. Each order is covered by the version shown on this page on the day you send it. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
