Frequently asked questions

Where are test certificates published?
Certificates from an independent third-party laboratory are published per batch on the certificates page as they become available. Each one is the full report for one batch.
What does a Certificate of Analysis show?
It is the laboratory's report for one batch. It lists the tests that were run, the result of each, and the batch code. Compare that code with the one on your vial: they should match. Our guide to reading a CoA explains each field.
How should sealed vials be stored?
Freeze-dried vials that are still sealed can sit at room temperature for a short time (under three months), out of light and away from heat and damp. For longer storage, keep them at 2–8 °C in a fridge or at −20 °C in a freezer, and do not thaw and refreeze them repeatedly. Kept this way, freeze-dried peptides typically stay stable for 2+ years. More in storing lyophilized peptides.
How is a peptide dissolved, and how is the volume worked out?
Bacteriostatic water is added to the freeze-dried powder to make a solution. The volume that holds a given amount depends on the vial size and how much water went in. The reconstitution calculator does the arithmetic, and the reconstitution guide covers the bench technique. For laboratory use only.
How fast do orders ship, and what does delivery cost?
Orders leave within 24–48 hours of payment, from within the EU. Most orders arrive 3–4 business days after payment. Delivery costs €14.50 to a parcel locker or €19.50 to a street address, and it is free from €200 or on any order with a kit. Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking code comes by email.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. The outer box is plain. It carries no product names and no logos, and nothing on the outside says what is inside.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not at the moment. The basket only accepts delivery addresses and parcel lockers inside the EU.

What is “reta”?
“Reta” is a common short name for retatrutide, an investigational GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptor agonist. NordPeps sells retatrutide 10 mg by the vial and 20 mg and 40 mg kits, shipped to all 27 EU countries, for laboratory research only.
What is each batch tested for?
Five tests by an independent laboratory: purity (HPLC), identity (mass spectrometry), content per vial, endotoxin and sterility. Reports are on the certificates page.
How does ordering work?
Add products to the basket and continue to card payment on a secure page. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment there. Once you pay, the parcel leaves within 24–48 hours. Questions before you order? Contact us.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes, one code per order. Sign up to our email list to receive WELCOME10, which takes 10% off. Partner codes also give 10% off. Enter the code in the basket.
What does "research use only" mean?
Everything NordPeps sells is for laboratory and in-vitro research. It is not for use in people or animals, not for diagnosis or treatment, and no regulator, including the European Medicines Agency, has assessed it. Every buyer confirms they are 21 or older and buying for research.
