How you pay

From the basket you go straight to a secure card payment page for the whole order. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment there.

Card payment

Payment runs on the secure checkout page of our payment provider, Stripe. You type your card details there, not on our site. We never see or store your card number or security code.

Prices and totals

All prices are in euros (EUR). Your total is the products, at any volume price, plus shipping, less any discount code. One code applies per order: WELCOME10 from our email sign-up, or a partner code. Each takes 10% off. You see the full total in the basket and again on the payment page.

Shipping costs

Parcel locker: €14.50. Delivery to an address: €19.50. Shipping is free when the products come to €200 or more. It is also free on any order that contains a kit, whatever the total: one kit makes the whole order ship free.

A charge you do not recognise

If you do not recognise a charge, contact us with your order number and we will explain it.

After you pay

You receive an email confirmation once the payment is through. Your order leaves within 24–48 hours, and the tracking code follows by email. Most orders arrive 3–4 business days after payment.

Declined, expired or double payments

A declined payment takes no money. If a payment does not go through, go back to the basket and try again. If you think you were charged twice, write to us with your order number and we will refund any duplicate.
