On requestThis kit pairs two peptides. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue made synthetically. Ipamorelin is a selective GH secretagogue from the GHRP family. They act on different parts of the growth-hormone axis, so labs often study them as a pair. We put both in one vial. The 10 mg figure is the total peptide mass per vial, both peptides counted.
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin comes in sealed kits of 10 or 30 freeze-dried vials. Certificates from an independent third-party laboratory are published per batch on /certificates as they become available. For laboratory and in-vitro research only.
Each peptide uses its own receptor. CJC-1295 is a stabilised GHRH analogue and binds the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin binds the ghrelin receptor, also called the growth-hormone-secretagogue receptor.
Both routes end at the same pituitary output, which is why they turn up together in studies. The early papers call ipamorelin selective. Unlike older secretagogues, it was reported to leave cortisol and prolactin unchanged at doses that released growth hormone.

Ipamorelin was first described in a 1998 paper in the European Journal of Endocrinology, as the first selective GH secretagogue. A 2006 study in JCEM reported that CJC-1295 raised GH and IGF-I for a prolonged period.
One naming caution. Two different molecules circulate under the name “CJC-1295”: one with a drug-affinity complex (DAC), or the shorter modified GRF(1–29), which has no DAC. Ask which one a seller means instead of assuming.

Unopened vials. Store at 2–8 °C. For long periods, −20 °C or colder. Room temperature is fine in transit, but it is not a way to store a peptide.
After reconstitution. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze: ice crystals break the peptide down for good. In bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol), labs usually work through a vial within about 30 days. With plain sterile water, the window is 24–48 hours.
Keep vials closed and out of the light. If you hold frozen stock, thaw it as few times as you can; each cycle loses some activity.
