How can you tell a supplier is genuine?

Before you order, ask for a certificate tied to a specific lot, and check that it names an independent lab. A real supplier sends one straight away. When the vial arrives, check that its lot number matches the certificate. Website design, reviews and claims are all easier to fake than paperwork that matches the vial.

Why are some peptides sold so cheaply?

Making and purifying a peptide are the costly steps, and both can be skimped on. Fewer purification rounds leave more broken-off sequences and leftover reagents behind. Dropping independent testing saves the cost of finding out. When a price is far below the market, a skipped step is a likelier explanation than a smarter process.

What are the warning signs of a fake peptide seller?

The same signs keep showing up. There is no certificate per lot, or one certificate is reused for every batch. Testing is claimed but no lab is named. Prices sit far below everyone else's. The seller hands out dosing tips or advice on human use. No research supplier should ever do that. And there is no business you can trace. One sign raises a question. Several together answer it.

What does the “research use only” label mean?

NordPeps sells it for lab work and in vitro studies only. It is not for use in people or animals. This is not small print added for legal cover. It describes what the product is. Anything sold on that basis has no approval for any other purpose.

Does paying more guarantee better quality?

No. Anyone can set a high price, and the price proves nothing. What sets material apart is its paperwork: a certificate for the specific lot, from a named independent lab, showing both purity and identity. A very low price is a reason to read that certificate closely. A high price is no replacement for it.

Will the parcel show what is inside?

No. The outer packaging is plain and unbranded. It carries no product names and no logos, and nothing on the outside hints at the contents. Certificates for each batch are published on the certificates page when available.

Does the shipping country matter?

Yes, chiefly because of transit time and customs. Parcels moving inside the EU skip import clearance and spend less time in uncontrolled conditions. Long international routes add time and temperature exposure along the way. They also risk a customs hold that could last any length of time.

Do EU orders go through customs?

No. A parcel that travels between EU countries counts as internal freight. There is no import clearance and no customs charge. This is the practical benefit of stock held inside the EU. It removes the delays and surprises that come with goods arriving from beyond the EU customs area.

How does a NordPeps order reach you, and how fast?

You build your order in the basket and pay by card on a secure payment page. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment there. After payment, the parcel is dispatched from within the EU in 24–48 hours, and the tracking code follows by email. Most orders arrive 3–4 business days after payment. You can collect from a parcel locker: we only need your phone number and postcode, and by default we choose the locker nearest you. Or pick tracked courier delivery to your address. Shipping is €14.50 to a locker and €19.50 to an address. It is free from €200, and free on any order that includes a kit.

How is a peptide batch checked for quality?

The batch is made, purified and then sampled. HPLC measures purity by separating the sample and comparing peak areas. Mass spectrometry checks identity against the expected mass. The results are filed under the lot number and released as a certificate. That is how one vial links back to one set of data.
